Cancellation Policy

As a small and limited home style retreat, each booking reserves the entire space for one family. Because of this, cancellations must be made at least one week before the scheduled boarding date.

Cancellations made less than one week before the booking will result in a 500 AED cancellation fee. This fee covers the reserved dates that were held exclusively for your cat.

I understand that unexpected situations can happen. If something comes up, please let me know as soon as possible so I can assist you in the best way I can.

Early Pick Ups
If you choose to pick up your cat earlier than planned, I am happy to refund the unused nights.
