If you cancel more than one week before the boarding date, you will receive a full refund.

If you cancel within one week of the boarding date, a 500 AED cancellation fee will be applied and the remaining balance will be refunded.

If your cat goes home earlier than planned, the remaining unused nights will be refunded.

If your cat arrives later than planned, refunds are not provided for the missed nights because the dates were reserved exclusively for your cat.

All refunds are processed promptly and returned using the same method of payment.
