Care and Comfort
Every cat receives gentle daily care in a calm home environment. This includes light brushing, affection, playtime, and a clean and peaceful space to help them feel relaxed and secure. Premium litter and fresh water are provided throughout the stay.

Living Environment
Your cat will stay in a tidy and comfortable home style setting. Stainless steel litter boxes and stainless steel water fountains are used for every stay, and new filters are provided for each guest.

Supervision
Your cat will never be left unattended. Either myself or a member of my team is always present on the premises throughout the stay to ensure comfort and reassurance. 

Medical Concerns
If your cat becomes unwell, I will contact you or your emergency contact immediately.
If urgent veterinary care is needed, I may seek care on your behalf to protect your cat’s wellbeing.
All veterinary costs are the responsibility of the owner.

Owners must disclose all medical and behavioral conditions before boarding.
Failure to disclose any condition may result in refusal of service or early termination of the stay.

Owner Responsibilities
Owners must provide enough food for the full duration of the stay.
Only food and approved medication may be brought. Personal items cannot be accepted.
All information provided before booking must be accurate so I can prepare properly.

Safety and Wellbeing
Your cat must arrive in stable health and free from contagious conditions. Any change in health or behavior during the stay will be shared with you directly.
If medication is required, clear and correct instructions must be provided before the stay begins.

Pick Up and Drop Off Hours
Drop off and pick up are available daily between 7 am - 3 pm only.
These hours help maintain a calm routine for your cat.
Any pick up after 3 pm will be considered an additional night and charged as an extra night.
Pick ups outside these hours cannot be accepted unless approved in advance.

Extensions of Stay
Extensions must be requested in advance and are only confirmed once payment is completed in full. Unpaid extensions are not approved, and the cat must be collected on the original pick up date.

No Visitations
To maintain a calm and secure environment, in person visits are not offered during your cat’s stay.

Non-Payment and Abandoned Pets Policy
The Cat Retreat by Paws & Co operates in compliance with UAE regulations and Dubai Municipality requirements. If the cat is not collected on the scheduled checkout date and payment has not been completed, the stay will automatically continue at the daily extension rate. If the outstanding balance remains unpaid after 24 hours, the owner will be formally notified that failure to settle the balance and collect their cat will result in the case being escalated according to UAE procedures. If the owner cannot be reached, refuses to settle the balance, or fails to collect their cat with this timeframe, the matter will be reported and the cat will be surrendered to Dubai Municipality, as required under local regulations. All related fees, fines, or charges remain the sole responsibility of the owner.

Liability
Every effort is made to provide a safe, loving, and attentive environment.
However, The Cat Retreat by Paws and Co is not responsible for unforeseeable illnesses, stress related symptoms, injuries caused by a cat’s own behavior, or any condition outside reasonable control.
Owners accept this when confirming their booking.
