PAYMENT TERMS

Payment Before Boarding:
Payment for the full stay must be made before your cat is dropped off. A booking is only confirmed once payment has been received in full.

No Check In Without Payment:
Cats can only be checked in after full payment has been completed. Payment on arrival or after drop off is not accepted.

Extensions of Stay:
If your cat’s stay is extended, payment for the additional nights must be made before the extension begins.

Non Payment:
Unpaid bookings will not be accepted, and future bookings may be refused.

​

Accepted Payment Methods:
Bank transfer is the preferred method.
Cash may not always be accepted.

Price Transparency:
All rates are shared before booking. There are no hidden fees.
Extra fees apply only if owners do not provide enough food or if urgent veterinary care is required
